What Does My Below Test Report Suggest?

I just got back some labs that are causing me some concern. PTH intact is 147, Calcium is 9.1, Vitamin B1 is 126. Alkaline phosphate se is 156. Eosinophils 10%. Eosinophils Absolute is 550. Vitamin D is 15 and Vitamin A is 19. Are all of these # s somehow connected to a certain ailment?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

IT is suggestive of some allergic conditions. As per the given report you have a low vitamin-D, high PTH and high eosinophilic count. High eosinophils could be due to allergic conditions such as asthma, eczema, hay fever, autoimmune disorders or due to parasitic infections such as worms. These results should be clinically correlated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
