What Does My Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Hi, I m 29 years old married with no kids.I got my ultra sound done today. In that UTERUS: Bulky in size and anterverted.Well defined hypoechoic lesion measuring 4.3x 5.3cm noted in the posterior mymometrium Uterus size 8.8x5.8x6.2cms. OVARIES: normal is size and achotexture. Right ovary measures 5.7x2.5cms Cyst measuring 2.7x2.6cms with low level internal echoes within noted in right ovary-s/o Endometriotic cyst. Please suggest what should I do? My husband lives in a different place due to work. How can I get pregnant fast as I will be with my Husband for next two month.

Hi, based on your ultrasound report, you have a small problem. In order to get pregnant fast you need to get rid of the below problems in your ultrasound: 1. a Fibroid in the uterus. 2. A cyst in the right ovary. See a gynaecologist and seek advice on how to get rid of these problems and then get pregnant. Take care. Do not plan pregnancy without a gynaecologist's clearnace as it will add problems.
