What Does My Biopsy Report Of Breast Indicate?

Report: six smears from breast are moderate to pauci cellular. scattered small groups of apocrine cells, occasional small clusters of benign ductal cells seen. few large cohesive clusters of ductal cells, some of which are angulated show mild to moderate hyperchromasisa and atypia. No macrophages seen. Doctor can you please explain the meaning of this? and what needs to be done?
