I AM 46 YR OLD MAN.I HAVE 80 KG AND 170 CM.BLOOD ANALYSIS:HDL=50.LDL=115.TG=150.TOTAL CHOLESTROL=185. SGOT=28,SGPT=56 /DL.TOTAL BILIRUBINE=1.97 DIRECT BILIRUBINE=0.87,ALP=201 I HAVE NONALCHOLIC FATTY LIVER GRADE ONE.WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE ABOUT MY LIVER ACCORDFING TO ABOVE TESTS.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
Your liver reports are slightly deranged.
And it is due to non alcoholic fatty liver only.
The most common cause for this is excess body fat, whi h is accumulating in liver.
This can cause slight alterations in liver function.
It is 100% reversible condition.
Try to follow these instructions.
1. Avoid alcohol if you are taking.
2. Avoid junk food.
3. Avoid oily, cheesy food.
4. Avoid any Hepato toxic drugs.
5. Start liver protective drugs.
6. Loose weight.
