What Does My Blood Test Indicate?

Worried a bit. WBC 16.4 RBC 5.29 Platelet count 438. Told Vit D deficient value is 12.2. Also vitamin B12 deficicient value 212. Going back for 3rd CBC. Little nervous about possible causes as I too have read many possible ailments here on the internet ranging from vitamin deficiency to auto immune diseases to cancer.

Mention your age. WBC count are on slight higher side. Vit D is on lower side, to increase it, start having sun bath in morning, milk, eggs and certain medications (leave that up to your physician to decide). Vit B12 is near normal. But to increase the B12, you can opt for vitamin B supplements. There is nothing to worry. It might be nutritional deficiency due to inadequate diet supplements.
