General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Some fat is normally present in liver. However, if the total fat in liver is more than 5-10%, of total weight of liver, then it is said to be fatty liver. In fatty liver, normally liver enzymes are raised and usually a level of 2-4 times of upper normal limit of AST and ALT must be present in fatty liver. As in your case, all the biological parameters tested are almost in normal range, therefore you are not likely to have fatty liver.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
