General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This can occur with autoimmune disease. Take care of your diet. Drink lots of water, do some pranayama [ombw art of living], it provides good result in lupus. Smile more, sleep well [check with your physician once].

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
