What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
Husband has felt really tired so went for check up. Cbc on 6-22 showed 1 wbc. CBC on 6-27 showed same as did today. Saw the hemotologist/oncologist this morning and then had a bone marrow biopsy. Just got his cbc numbers. Wbc 1 Rbc 3.68 Hgb 36.7 PLT 84. I am immediately thinking leukemia or cancer. Your thoughts?

Yes, with such derangements, bone marrow evaluation should be done to rule out any aplasia or abnormal cells production. B12 and folic acid levels should also be done. LDH and serum calcium may also be needed. Peripheral film to look for structural anomalies of cell lines should be done.
