What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Mpv of 12.6. Uric acid level of 385.umol/l. EGFR of 75.ml.min. Sodium 134. Previous mild heart attack. No damage. Cholesterol 5.3. Do l need to consult my cardiologist re the above blood results where my ankles have started to retain fluid during the day. I m tired cold and on ilthyroxin of 50 micrograms. Aged 52. Female. 5.11 weight 12.12 lbs.Thank you.
