General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Bhaskar,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Looking at the report, it appears that your blood glucose is fairly under control.
HbA1c levels reflect the control of glucose for the past 2 months. It is at the upper limit.
You might need a change in the medicines to see to it that the blood glusoce is controlled still well so that your HbA1c levels comes further down.
There are better drugs available now to control glucose more efficiently. But it needs to be done under medical supervision.
Kindly consult Diabetologist in this regard.
Wish you good health.
