What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello Doctor,
Following are the results of my blood test. Please suggest if it is alarming or not.

LFT
S. Bilirubin- 1.3
Total Protein- 7.8
Albumin- 4.4
Globulin- 3.4
SGOT- 52
SGPT- 41

Lipid profile
Serum Cholesterol- 184
Serum Triglyceride- 194
HDL- 52
Serum Uric acid- 6.9
Blood Glucose Fasting- 76
Blood Urea-26
Serum Creatinine- 1.2
Hb- 14

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:
The liver function tests (LFT) are within normal range except for SGOT and SGPT.
The normal range for SGOT and SGPT is below 35 IU/L but there is mild increase in SGOT and SGPT levels.
Mild elevation of SGOT and SGPT are seen in case of injury to liver cells or hepatocytes.
This can be due to viral infection, drugs or toxins, however, there is nothing to worry.
The lipid profile is within normal limits except triglyceride is elevated.
In health, triglyceride should be below 150 mg/dL.
Life style modifications like decreasing the intake of fats and high calorie food items should be done.
Fiber content should be increased in diet.
Regular exercise should be a part of life style.
Rest all the parameters- uric acid, urea, creatinine, fasting glucose and hemoglobin are within normal limits.
