What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

I have been on testosterone therapy for the since April 2015. I have noticed my platelet count is on a downward trend. I88 in April, 171 In June and 151 in October. White blood cells on the increase 4.6 in April & June, 5.0 in October. Red blood cells 4.93 in April, 5.11 in June, 5.41 in October. Should I be concerned about any of this.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The normal platelet counts is between 1.5 lakh to 4 lakh per cubic millimeter.
On reviewing your three platelet values, it is evident that all three values are within normal range- 1.88, 1.71 and 1.51 lakh per cubic millimeter.
The variation is acceptable on three different occasions.
The normal white blood cell count is between 4000 to 10,000 per cubic millimeter.
The three values - 4.93, 5.11 and 5.41 are within normal range and the variability is acceptable.
The red blood cell count is between 4.5 to 5.5 million per cubic millimeter in males.
The three values - 4.93, 5.11 and 5.41 are within normal range and the variability is acceptable.
There is nothing to worry. The testosterone is in no way affecting the blood counts.

Thanks and take care
