What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Please could you tell me what does this mean? Is there anything to be worried about? I am a 60 year old man with MCV - 106.6 fl, MCHC - 29.7 g/dL, SD(RDW-SD) - 61.9 fL, (RDW-CV) - 15.6%, PDW - 21.02 fL, MPV - 14.5 fL, Platelet Count - 75000 per cubic millimeter, PCT -0.09%

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of blood report is as follows:
The MCV, MCHC and RDW are red blood cell indices.
MCV is slightly high - it indicates that the red blood cells are slightly larger than expected.
MCHC is on lower side.
RDW is mildly increased showing that there is mild variation in sizes of red blood cells.
However, all parameters - red blood cell count, Hb, MCV. MCH MCHC, RDW and peripheral blood smear picture are required for interpretation.
The platelet counts are low, normal platelet count is above 1.5 lakh per cubic millimeter.
The platelet parameters - PDW, MPV, PCT are deranged.
The variation in these parameters are probably due to low platelet count.
The cause for low platelet count needs to be determined.
I suggest you to consult your physician for further management.
