Hi welcome to health care magic....

You are having high MCV and having macrocytic anemia so cause for that has to be ruled out....

As macroovalocytes present it could be B12 deficiency....
Serum b12 estimation done and if deficiency than b12 injection needed....

The other causes could be.....
-hemolytic anemia
-alcohol
-liver disease
-hypothyroidism
-MDS etc....

According to cause further treatment can be guided...

USG, retic count, serum thyroid profile etc like investigation useful...
