General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your total leukocyte count and your neutrophils count are high suggestive of acute inflammation or infection..

Sometime during fever or overexertion it can be physiological rise

So clinical correlation is necessary

Your Auscultation and physical examination is needed

If needed than suitable antibiotic course given

Investigate with your peripheral blood smear examination also

Take care

Consult physician for examination
