What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello, my wife and I went for a vaginal u/s on Monday and she is 6.5 weeks pregnant (from first day of last period 1/11/17). Everything looked fine but no heartbeat. She got a blood test right after the u/s and her hcg was 60,000. Should we be worried?
