What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

I took 5 ept test they said yes ent o obgyn they took 1 tube of blood and didn t test my urine I have all the systoms the blood test said no I got a fetal Doppler heart rate between150-170 my husband and I feel movement there is a family history my grandma didn t know till she was 8 months I believe I m in my first trimester please help me

If the fetal doppler is detecting fetal heart rate then you are pregnant. So no doubt about that.
