What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
My 9 year old son had blood test came back that he has Anisocytosis, Poikilocytes, oval cells, microcytes polychromasia, moderate neutrophils, reactive lymphocytes and increased platelets I know it s all to do with white cells and sizes and red cells and bone marrow but what in all honesty does it mean together could he have cancer

From the given detail I can't exclude cancer
I need CBC report esp to look for your total wbc count
There is no presence of blast which usually seen in leukemia
Polychromasia suggest towards hemolytic picture and investigate further with reticulocyte count
In anemia, platelet can be high as a reactive thrombocytosis
Reactive lymphocytes seen in viral infection and in infectious mononucleosis
It doesn't look like leukemia but provide CBC for seeing total wbc count
