What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi Sir, I got my baby blood report from Cordlife for MATERNAL BLOOD SAMPLE SCREENING REPORT (MATERNAL BLOOD SAMPLE SCREENING REPORT), All other tests are Not detected or Negative or Not Applicable or Non reactive except for CMV IgG, is Reactive. What does this indicate. Will this cause a problem in the baby?? Please help me

You have had a past infection with cytomagalovirus. As long as igM is negative for the same it means that currently no infection is there. Igg signifies a past infection. So igg won't cause any harm
