i have just done some blood test. The results came back with a low alanine transaminase (SGPT) value of 8.7. All other liver values were fine. Also, I have high HDL cholesterol of 88mg/dl, but normal LDL cholesterol of 119 mg/dl. My total cholesterol is 236 mg/dl (too high due to high HDL) and a low TC/HDL cholesterol ratio of 2.7. What does that mean and how can I improve the results? Female, 32 years, 1,70m.
