What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello Sir,
I am 28 year old guy I have unilateral kidney conginital,,,,,,but i never get any problem so far,,,,,,,,but before 10 days i got fever n i have blood tast in which my urea creatinine was found 1.4,,,,,,i hv repeated test then 1.16,1.28 and 1.30,,,,,,,also I hv albumin in traces ,,,,,,,b.p is 90/130,,,,,,no bacterial infection found ,,,,,,,,,,,,,my body weight is 79kg,,,,,,,,,,,shoud i worried about reports.............

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your creatinine level is slightly high but with one kidney its just like normal variation. Your other parameters are also normal. So if you don't have any symptoms then no need to worry. Just be relaxed.
