Hello and welcome to HCM,

The platelet count of 4.37 lakhs is within normal limits.
The normal range for platelet count is between 1.5-4 lakhs per cubic millimeter.

The white blood cell count is slightly increased. The normal range ic between 4000-10,000 per cubic millimeter. The white blood cell count is increased in cases of infection most commonly.
The hemoglobin of 10 gm% and hematocrit of 33% is below normal range and it suggests anemia.
The mean corpuscular volume (62%), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (18 pg/dl) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (30%) are reduced.
Reduced MCV, MCH and MCHC are seen in microcytic anemia.
A peripheral blood film examination are required to know the cause of anemia.

The GGT level is within normal limits.

The globulin level is also normal at 37.80 g/l.

The CRP levels are elevated.
CRP stands for C-reactive peptide.
CRP is elevated in inflammatory conditions.

A low HDL level of 5.77 is a risk factor for coronary artery diseases.
The HDL level should be above 60 mg/dl.
Other parameters of the lipid profile also need to be determined.
In case other parameters- LDL, triglyceride and/ or VLDL are also elevated, treatment needs to be taken.

Thus, cause of anemia has to be found out and treated.
In addition, the lipid profile has to be done and appropriate treatment has to be given.

Thanks and take care
