What Does My Blood Test Result For Vomiting, Nausea And Fatigue Indicate?

Hi. I recently got a full cbc work up. I ve been sick lately, throwing up nausea, fatigued, lost weight.kidney stones.just feeling horrible. My results are as followed Wbc 3.4,Hemoglobin - 11.2,Hematocrit -33.2,Platelet ct -135 thousand,Rdw -17.7,Pth- 94,Ferrin- 9.0 Should I be concerned with any of these numbers? Everything else looked fine.

wbc count and platelet count are little bit low...further work up like malaria and dengue,sgpt is needed...
