What Does My Blood Test Result Indicate?

I just received a call from my doctor s office regarding blood work results. My overall cholesterol is 265, Triglyceride is 272 and my LDL is 181.I did fast overnight prior to the morning test. What can be done to reduce these numbers without medication and what are the desired levels for a 45 year old female?
