What Does My Blood Test Results Below Indicate?

what does it mean when my neutrophils low, monocytes are low, and lymphocytes high. Absolute Neutrophils is 1536, Absolute Monocytes 144, Absolute Basophils 43 total cells counted 100. WBC came back 4.8, Red Cell count 3.6, hemoglobin 11.5, Hematocrit 35, MCHC 33, MCV 100, RDW 11.7 Platelet count 244 and MPV 10.7 Also the TSH 0.03 and the T4 free 2.20

Thank you for posting your question. I can understand your concern.

The hematology part I.e neutrophils, eosinophil, basophil, hemoglobin, platelet, RDW etc are absolutely normal.

The TSH is slightly on the lower side and fT4 is borderline high. There is not much to worry. If you have symptoms like anxiety, palpitations , tremor, heat intolerance , I would suggest you to repeat a blood TSH and FT4 and visit an endocrinologist.
