I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your mcv is low and rbc count is comparatively high. Its hall mark of thal minor. Your platelet count is slightly low. It can be due to some viral infection or other infection. So if you have any symptoms then consult physician and take treatment accordingly. If you don't have any symptoms then no need to worry. just look for any signs of bleeding. It will come back to normal within few days.
