Hi. In brief, there is nothing to be worried about, however, I would suggest you discuss the following with your doctor. You are on thyroxine replacement. As a result the TSH level is low as your body is not producing a signal to say it needs to make more thyroxine. This is understandable as you are taking supplements. Your T4 level is slightly on the high side (normal range 10-20 pmol/l). Given that you are on a fixed daily dose, this is not easy to interpret, however, it shows you are receiving at least a satisfactory dose, if not slightly too much. However, you are on a very small dose if you are taking 15 micrograms. The bodily requirement for thyroxine fluctuates throughout the day as the body usually continuously monitors its requirement and takes the appropriate action. Your body is not able to do that efficiently (which is why you are on supplements). As to whether the level is significant would depend on previous results and any symptoms you may have. I would suggest talking to your doctor about this. Your WBC is on the low side. It reflects the presence or absence of infection or inflammation. It would be important to know whether the WBCs themselves actually look normal or abnormal, as I would want to ensure that the cells were growing correctly. Usually, if the result is low, then the technician will look at the morphology of the cell as comment if they look abnormal. Your doctor will need to ensure that this has been the case. Your HDL level is on the borderline low side, and your LDL level is approaching the borderline high side. It would be important to know of any other risk factors you may have for atherosclerotic disease, such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, family history, smoking, etc. To summarise, talk to your doctor about: 1) are you on the correct dose of thyroxine; 2) is your WBC result and blood film acceptable - does it need repeating; 3) advice on lowering your lipids - thhis can range from dietary and lifestyle advice to medical management in the form of a statin. I hope this helps.
