What Does My Chest X-ray Report Suggest?

I Had a Chest Xray done and these are this findings.1.Bilateral HIla and Bronchovascular markings appear prominent.2.No obvious pleura parenchymal lesion seen.3.Anterior end of left fourth and seventh ribs appear bifid. What does this mean?I dont cough as such but mucus does come in my throat time and again. And sometimes i feel light headed.
