General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

When lung fields are okay, the cause of raised diaphragm on the right side is usually indicative of liver enlargement.

Kindly get done an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis to get the precise reason of liver enlargement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
