Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The report suggests thats there are some fibrotic densities seen in the right upper lobe - which means there was an infection which was treated and after treatment the trace of previous infection left as fibrotic opacities.
2.This location is most common location for the pulmonary tuberculosis - so any one who reports would mention as old treated pulmonary tuberculosis.
3.But the thing is x-ray does not show any active process - so it can be some infection pneumonia - which you might have taken antibiotics - after that this trace would have left.
4.Confirmatory test would be HRCT - high resolution computer tomography.
5.With that report you can be confident about your lung status, and if its accepted you can use it in your medical early checkup.
6.CT have specific characteristic features to prove the PTB. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
