Hi !! What is the meaning of Tubercular Infiltration and cavitation seen in left uper zone?? Also, what is the menaing of Bilateral mid zone Fibroinfiltration?? This is mentioned from the X-ray performed on 09 Nov 2015. My height is 5.10, age- 24, weight- 72kgs.

I have gone through your Xray finding.tubercular infiltration and cavitation in left upper zone means in response to entry of tuberculus bacteria , inflammatory cells & fluid accumulate in lung called tuberculus infilteration.death of central part called cavitation is seen.bilateral midzone fibroinfilteration means along with infilteration there wil be scar formation called fibrosis.this indicates your having active secodary pulmonary tuberculosis.
Dont worry with the findings.take anti tuberculosis treatment.
