What Does My Chest X-ray Test Report Indicate?

sir, my chest x ray PA view (CR) shows right cp angle is blunt ... but i have no sign symptoms related to any disease. i am healthy , fit , dynamic. fresh. but my past medical history is.... in childhood at the age of 08 the fluid was drained from my right lung cp angle. .. but still it shows the cp angle is blunt.. now i am 23 years old... please help me how to restore it to its original angle. any exercise , medicines etc.

Maybe that is healed lesion or again collection of fluid. Better go for CT or MRI chest and rule out any complication
