What Does My Chest X-ray Test Report Indicate?

Hi Docs! 5 days ago, I had a espohogeal duplication cyst incised (not removed) in a very rare procedure using an EUS with an Olympus Hook Knife. The cyst ( slightly smaller that an egg) was very close to the stomach opening in the 2nd layer of the esophagus. As a precaution of perforation during the procedure, the surgeon intubate me. I have been experiencing chest tightness, shortness of breath. As a precaution, the Dr. Ordered an chest x-ray. The radiologist on staff stated hazy and streaky density in the medial aspect of the right lung base of the frontal view, although not confirmed on lateral projection Any takers?
