What Does My Chest X-ray PA View Indicate?

hi, i had a chest PA and the reading of the result is as follows: There are minimal fibrotic, hazy and some fibrocalcific infiltrates in both upper lobes, Aorta is tortouos and faintly calcified, Hemidiaphragms, costophrenic sulci and osseous structures are intact. Can you please tell me what it means? Do i have to undergo an expensive treatment? please help.. thanks a lot

hi..fibrocalcifiesd are in both lung upper lobe suggestive of TUBERCULOUS INFECTION.
aortic calcification in old age is normal but in young age suggest atherosclerotic changes.
both finding shoud be confirmed by other tests.
