Welcome to health care magic.

1.The reports suggest there are infiltrates seen in the right upper lobe.
2.When there is infection or inflammation of the lung there will be collection in the alveoli - lung spaces which are called infiltrates.
3.Depending on the age and possibilities - get an sputum examination done to rule - out tuberculosis, as upper zones are most common location.
4.Generally treatment includes a course of antibiotics and a followup x-ray if symptoms persists.
5.Rest of the findings mentioned in your report suggest as normal findings - nothing to worry.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
