Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question
i completely understand your question
reticular opacities over rt apex means there is some type of infective lesion over the rt upper part of lung, can be a consolidation or any lesion.
as there are some hidden areas in the chest xray like posterior to clavicle posterior to heart etc which cannot be clearly seen on chest xray post ant view so lordotic view is ordered if there is such an opacity present.
next is pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion which means there is some kind of fibrotic change which caused the pleura to get adhered to the diaphragm or else we can say a pleural reaction earlier which caused pleural fibrosis .
you should visit a pulmonologist which can order for aome investigations like spitum for afb and pyogenic culture to rule out other diseases and come to a certain cause
thanks
