What Does My Chest X-ray Suggest?

My chest xray (pa and apicolordotic view) says: minimal fibrotic densities noted in both upper lungs. IMPRESSION: koch's, both upper lungs, activity undetermined. What does that mean? I never had any disease in the lungs except for asthma 12 years ago. Chest Xray for the past years were clear.

your xray showing fibrotic lesions with undetermined activity means u may have healed lesion in your x ray. sometimes some disease even tuberculosis may get self resolution and their healed shadow may get in x ray in later on also. so if u have no any symptoms it suggest old healed lesion.
