What Does My Colonoscopy Test Report Indicate?

Sir In 2013 doctor has recommended me colonoscopy .Report show terminal ileal nodularity, small sesile polyp in caecum .Is there anything serious.but now I feel anxiety when I hear loud noises of running water from tap, bus engine noise then I start feeling like blocked burps but I am not able to do .

A small sessile polyp in caecum is a benign condition. However, terminal ileal nodularity needs biopsy/tissue diagnosis.
