What Does My Colonoscopy Test Result Indicate?

Just had a colonoscopy and received the following results: all polyps were found in the rectum area:Two 5 mm polyp were sessile. Polyp removed with hot snare. Resection and retrieval were complete.One 6 mm found was flat. Polyp removed with hot snare. Resection and retrieval were complete.So, cancerous and should I panic?

I really appreciate your concern, the polyps that is being remove surgically may not be malignant lesion, else you would have been informed for that, surgeon must have found this benign one, still to clear the doubt biopsy is the only option can be tried, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
