Hello and welcome to HCM, The interpretation of the reports er as follows. The hemoglobin level has increased from 9 to 11 gm%. The PCV is slightly reduces. The MCH and MCHC are reduced. Low MCH and MCHC are reduced in cases of microcytic and hypochromic anemia. You need to consult your doctor for further work up.
