What Does My Drug Test Report Indicate?

hi I messed up and relapsed today not thinking a have a d.t apt. At 9:30 I m the morning is there anything I can do to cover it up or get it outta my system be4 my apt. I m so disappointed in my self I had been clean for 15 months I can t felony drug test in the morning if I fell I m afraid of them sending it to my probation officer and he would violate me and I would go back to Jail please help me I either need it out of my system or for it to not show up it will be sent to lab Corp please help me thank you so much
