What Does My Early Pregnancy Scan Reveal About The Health Of The Fetus?

Hello doc, My early pregnancy scan says, estimated gestational age is 4weeks and 5 days. Trophoblastic reaction is mildly present. Fetal pole not seen. Endometrial cyst seen. Possible yolk sac is seen. What does it reveals? I m afraid I may lose this pregnancy. Kindly help me

Hi,

You have got the scan done early and the sac is usually seen by 5 to 6 weeks and the fetal pole and heart beat is visualized in 7 to 8 weeks.

Right now you need to get a scan done after 15 days to know if the fetal pole and heart beat is visualized. Do not be afraid, things are most likely normal in your case.
