What Does My Echo-cardiograph-Doppler Test Result Indicate?

Hi, im 33 y/o i was born with a VSD, i just did an Echo-cardiograph - Doppler and the result was a small restrictive membranous VSD (2-3 mm/LV_RV gradient =64mmhg, Vmax 4m/s) without significant shunt no RV_LV dilation and no pulmonary hypertension. do you think i need a surgery? appreciate any responses
