What Does My Endovaginal Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi...IM trying to conceive and my doctor asked me to get Endovaginal Ultrasound.... my report states: Normal size anteverted uterus. Endometrial thickness is 7.9 mm No uterine / andnexal mass. No free fluid seen in the culdesac. Roght Ovary measures 2.7x1.9cm. It shows a follicile of 14x9mm Left Ovary measures 2.8x1.9cm It shows a follicle measuring 20x14mm with internal echoes---most likely ruptured. Please explain the report...is it good or bad and what should i do?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest the uterus is anteverted - its one of the variation of uterus lie in relation to the bladder.
2.Endometrial thickness is normal and with in limits.
3.The ovaries are within limits and multiple follicle seen in both ovaries measurements mentioned - which is normal physiological process.
4.On left the follicle shows echo areas with in the follicle suggested a ruptured - which also seen as a free fluid in the POD.
5.The report is normal and good if you are planning to conceive. No abnormalities in this report.
