What Does My Follicular Scan Report Mean?

hi doc,it s ssp here,my follicular scan report shows right ovary follicle 15*15,15*14 and left one is 20*13,16*15,19*18,endometrium 8 mm and pod free fluid-clear.left ovary is 4.0*2.5cms and right is 2.9*2.0cms.Can you please let my know does it indicates?

The left follicle is likely around ovulation time, which is usually a good sign, the free fluid may mean that you just ovulated. the rest of the can is normal. However, this does depend on your age, but I am assuming that you are reproductive age and that you were somewhere mid cycle. If that is not the case, please let me know, and I will do my best to help.
