What Does My Follicular Study D10 Finding Of 2 To3 D14 Tiny Follicles Indicate?

hello doctor i am 25 years old 4 month before i was pregnant after that my ultrasound result was ? missed abortion, then i was taken medical treatment . i was diagnosed with pcod in before 5 month and after getting treatment pcod was cured. now i was taken follicular study D10 result was 2 to3 D14 tiny follicles . my cycle was 40 or 45 days once . now am chance to get pregnant or not sir, what does the above suggest?

1It would have been helpful if you have mentioned what said in the report like follicle size in both ovaries.
2.You can tally with your report the size should be around 13-17mm possibilities to get pregnancy are more.
3.In your report you have mentioned 2-3 follicles dominant - presume that possibilities are there
4.D14 tiny follicles, means the dominant follicles has ruptured.
5.There are chances to get pregnant according to your report, detail measurements would have been helpful. Good luck.
