What Does My Follicular Study Suggest?

Hi,
I am 31 years old staying in Navi Mumbai. My doctor told to do a follicular study.

Please find my 11th day results are :

Follicular size:
Rt O: 16*13*10 mm
Lt O: 5*4*3 mm
End Thick: 8 MM
End type : III
Free fluid: Clear

Is there any chance of pregnancy as My doctor is now away from the city. I am confused.

dear.ur rt side follicle is good in size to ovulate but left side follicle has not matured enough to rupture and endometrium is also thin as it should be 10 to 12 mm.good size and thick endometrium is required for fertilisation
.I may suggest u repeat scan on 13th day then see the finding
