Report " Calcium scoring 6.6/ dominance - left dominant / LM : normal and trifurcates into LAD and LCX / LAD : soft part is noted in the proximal part of LAD causing moderate narrowing ( about 40%) . Distal flow is good.a small calcified plaque seen in the distal part of LAD,causing mild narrowing about (30%). / RCA: Soft plaque noted in the proximal part of RCA, causing moderate narrowing (50%)./ PDA and PLB are not well visualised. Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The treadmill test shows that under stress you can have decreased blood supply to your heart and that can precipitate a heart attack. It is only under severe physical stress that such a possibility can occur. However there is no need to worry if you take medications and precautions.

Your coronary CT angiography shows that some of the branches of coronary arteries have some blocks in certain areas that are about 30 to 50 percent in nature. This can be reversed with medications and lifestyle changes. You need to consult a cardiologist and get your medications reviewed regularly. Please do not take additional physical and mental stress. Yoga can help you to relax.

You should also be cautious on your fat intake. Please eat low fat diet and eat heart friendly foods like natural products. Processed foods should be taken in less quantities. Please do not worry.
