Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Your hemoglobin value is slightly on a lower side suggesting mild anemia and rest of the other reports are almost normal.

If you do not have any anemic symptoms then you will not need to start treatment for your mild anemia rather you may have diet rich in iron.

For swelling of face,you need to consult physician for clinical examination along with complete medical history for proper diagnosis first.

Meanwhile,you can take over the counter antihistamines like cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for symptomatic relief.
