Hello,

The Findings you have mentioned are not exactly your Kidney Function Test, rather, they are Ultrasound scan findings. Nevertheless, the scan findings are within normal limits and indicate that your kidneys appear normal.

From the first few words, it means that you have been diagnosed to have UTI (Urinary Tract Infection), but, Complicated UTI means UTI which is associated with Functional or Structural abnormality or any other risk factors which makes it difficult to treat.

Imaging is done to rule out structural complications like Cystitis / Pyelonephritis which means involvement of Urinary Bladder and Pus collection in the kidney.

Your report, however, do not mention any of these and hence, it's a good sign.

But to check the functional aspect the report of Kidney function test which is a lab test checking parameters like Serum Creatinine and Blood Urea are needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
